Find where your product system is leaking focus, speed and commercial impact.

Your roadmap keeps growing. Decisions take too long. Teams deliver features, but leadership still cannot see a reliable connection between product activity, customer value, and business results.

The BizMaze Product Management Audit gives founders and product leaders an evidence-based diagnosis of what is holding their product organization back—and a practical 90-day plan to fix it.

Product MAzeMap Framework

Is your product organization showing these symptoms?

  • Priorities change faster than the team can execute.
  • The roadmap contains too many initiatives and too few explicit choices.
  • Important decisions repeatedly return to the founder or CEO.
  • Product, sales, marketing and technology disagree about what matters.
  • Customer discovery happens inconsistently or too late.
  • Delivery is measured, but commercial and customer outcomes remain unclear.
  • Pricing and go-to-market decisions are disconnected from product strategy.
  • The team is working hard, but leadership cannot identify the highest-leverage improvement.

These are rarely isolated people problems. They are usually signs of a product operating system that has evolved without being intentionally designed.

How the MapMaze audit works
Days 1–2: Understand

We begin with a leadership kickoff, an intake questionnaire and a review of relevant product documents, metrics, roadmaps and working practices.
Days 3–6: Investigate

We interview up to six stakeholders across leadership, product, technology, design, sales, marketing and customer-facing functions.
Days 7–9: Diagnose

We compare the evidence, identify recurring constraints and determine which gaps have the greatest effect on customer value, delivery speed and commercial performance.
Day 10: Decide

Leadership receives the findings, priorities and 90-day action plan in a facilitated executive readout.

What we examine

The audit evaluates eight connected parts of your product organization:

  1. Product strategy and outcome clarity
  2. Customer discovery and evidence
  3. Value proposition and product-market signals
  4. Roadmap and prioritization
  5. Roles and decision rights
  6. Delivery flow and ways of working
  7. Metrics, experiments and learning
  8. Pricing, go-to-market and commercial feedback

We examine documents, decisions, working practices and stakeholder perspectives. We audit the system around the team—not individual employee performance.

    Frequently asked questions

Will you assess individual product managers?

No. The audit examines the organizational system, decision processes, evidence and working practices around the team. It is not an employee performance evaluation.

Can the audit be conducted remotely?

Yes. Interviews, document review and the executive readout can all be completed remotely.

    Will our information remain confidential?

Yes. An NDA can be signed before documents are shared, and access can be limited to the materials required for the audit.

What do you need from us?

A senior sponsor, access to relevant product materials, and participation from up to six stakeholders. We provide a precise evidence request before the kickoff.

    What happens after the audit?

You can execute the 90-day plan internally or retain BizMaze for implementation support. There is no obligation to purchase ongoing consulting.
